 = ( \frac{x}{2})^{2} - 2 \times  \frac{x}{2}  \times  \frac{y}{3}  +  (\frac{y}{3})^{2}

 =  \frac{x^{2} }{4} -  \frac{xy}{3}  +  \frac{y^{2} }{9}
