Chromosomes are structures within the nuclei of eukaryotic cells that contain deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) combined with proteins.Chromatin refers to the material of the chromosomes – DNA plus proteins.

Chromatin: We can see chromatin in neucleus when the cell is not deviding .

Chromosome : when the cell is dividing we can see chromosome. This is the transformed shape of chromatin.

DNA : DNA is a substance of Chomosome. This controls the characteristics of our father&mother.
