Acetylene has two acidic hydrogens this is because in acetylene two carbons bonded by a triple bond. Three electron pairs exactly in middle of two carbon atoms. Being more electronegative Carbon try to gain the electron pair which is shared between hydrogen and carbon by the dissociation of bond which results the elimination of proton.
