When the bill is signed by the president then it becomes a law

Hi friend, a bill can only become a law when the lok sabha and rajya sabha debates and comes in agreement with the bill and the president has to sign it.

an exception is the money bill, in this the lok sabha has the only power to bring or not bring it into law. hope it helped
