1 the election Commission charges a propaganda before the election that in Rajya Sabha level any party cannot use more than 25 lakh rupees and at lok Sabha level no party can use more than 10 lakh rupees.
2 election Commission warns the political party that they cannot launch any scheme at the time of election.
