The example can be seen in the Law of Management 1972 made in West Bengal. Where the government prohibited the people to even enter the forest and eliminated all the tribes living in the forest to practice cultivation and this raise the conflict among the government and tribes. The conflict ended when both decided to compromise a little and resulted is a better management.
