A constitution is a formal document, which is like the basic guideline of the country. It tells how the country will function and what aspects and basis the country functions on.
It is a body of fundamental rules, regulations, principles. It becoming binding on all the members of the state, all bodies, all executives, citizens, etc.

A constitution has many features, meaning what factors it influences in a way.

So a constitution, allows coordination.
This means that its formally made, it consists of all the necessary aspects, it tells who is in power and who is supposed to be working under who. Its a map providing the whole social hierarchy.
This helps people to understand who lied under which department. Which things are allowed and which isn't. So people are able to coordinate between each other.

It also allows assurance. Meaning there's guarantee. So people for sure have an authority, a formal proceeding to look forward to. Which makes decisions on some form of basis.
