1. A challange is not a problem we it as a ' difficulties' a 'challenge' is significant and which can be overcomed.
2. A challenge is a difficulty that carries wiyhin opportunities for progress.
3. Once we overcome challenge to go to higher level than before
4. Different countries face different kind of challenges.
5. Atleast one forth of the globe is within the democratic goverment.
The foundational challenges faced by democracies include:
1. Bringing down the existing non- democratic regimes.
2. Keeping military away from controlling government.
3. Establishing a sovereign and functional state.
