Besides locking columns and rows separately, Microsoft Excel lets you freeze both rows and columns at the same time. Here's how: Select a cell below the last row and to the right of the last column you'd like to freeze.

We can freeze rows and columns in spreadsheets by clicking on the view tab and in the window group click freeze pane options and freeze the rows and columns u want.
By freezing rows and columns u can view the freezed rows/columns when u will scroll down through out the sheet.
The freezed row becomes constant and when we scroll down or across the worksheet it will be visible to us throughout the worksheet .
