nephron consists of glomerulus and tubule. glomerulus contain bloof vessels which help in cleaning the blood and tubule helps in selective reabsorption of useful substances

A NEPHRON is the structural and functional unit of the kidney.
It filters blood to remove nitrogenous waste and excess water from the blood.
FUNCTIONING:
1) Blood enters the glomerolous through reinal vein.
2)Here the small molecules like glucose, water molecule, drugs, ect gets into the convulated tubule.
3)these substances are selectively re-absorbed and the remaining part forms the urine.
4)this urine gets collected in the collecting duct and travelles to the urinaty bladder.
