Gram Staining....

Gram Staining....Bacteria are stained with crystal voilet and iodine solutiin is used as mordant....

Then they arewashed with alcohol and acetone

Then they arewashed with alcohol and acetone Now ,if the purble color reatined then these are gram +v bacteria.

f not then these are gram -ve....
