whenever i depressed or rejected. 1) first of all i feel bad for certain time like only 5 mins because crying for something that can't be corrected is a waste of time. 2) then i try to find reason for that problem 3) then i blame myself for that problem unlike everyone blaming other people for their problems. 4) then i correct it for the next time. 5) then i try to forget what happened for some time and enjoy the rest of the day.
