Over the years, human body has adapted to not live in 37 degree celsius. There are involuntary actions that maintain the body temperature. However, at 37 degree celsius, these actions don't stop, rather, they continue to produce or remove heat from the body. Due to this, we feel uncomfortable. There is no exchange of heat between us and the environment, something which our body is not used to. You can also think it this way that our body is now habitual of living in an ambience.
