Fertilisers are chemicals which are added to plant to increase its fertility to make plants grow faster , fertilisers work well, but in turn soil loses its fertility, some examples of fertilisers are NPK, urea etc..
manure is made form organic waste materials and is beneficial for soil as it improves the humus content of soil and makes it more fertile.
