there was angle sum property on 4 step

how did (180°- angle RTS) in the 4th step change to (360°-2 angle RTS) in step 5?
the whole bracket was multiplied by 2. so 180 changed to 360and 1angle rts changed to 2angle rts
but why is it multiplied by 2?
because if the angle should be converted to whole rather than half.
no i mean that why is 180°-angleRTS multiplied by 2?
