hay everybody , here is your answer, The legislative section is divided into three lists: Union List, State List ... Foreign affairs; all matters which bring the Union into relation with any foreign country.The State Legislature has got the power of making laws on the subjects of the State List and the Concurrent List. A Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA) is a representative elected by the voters of an electoral district (constituency) to the legislature of the State government in the Indian Rajya Sabha .
