strategies for removal of poverty in India are 
the first thing which should be done by the government is to provide jobs for poor so that they can support their family
secondly prices of  vegetables pulses groceries  which are regularly used by poor should be reduced as if these are costlier people cant afford that and cant have their proper meals 
thirdly they should be given more importance than rich people equality in jobs and rights
they can be given land for farming
providing houses to live for them in their affordable prices
