specific conductivity of an electrolyte solution depend upon number of free ioms as per unit volume of electrolyte solution therefore when the dilution is done volume of solution increase due to which ions present in electrolyte moves away from each other hence number of ions per unit volume decrease therefore conductivity of electrolyte solution decrease
but the molar conductivity depend upon number of free ions available in electrolyte solution as a dilution is done the volume of electrolyte solution increase due to which ions can move more and more freely due to increase in separation between them therefore molar conductivity increase with solution
