it includes the chief justice of india, the jury members, the judges of high court, the judges of district court, etc
funtions of supreme court are
1. it settles disputes btwn the citizens and the govt .
2. it can hear appeals against the high court as well as civil and criminal cases
3. it is the gaurdian of our constitution.
4. people whose rights are violated can approach supreme court
5. it can declare any law in valid
