Θ ORIGINAL JURISDICTION

The Supreme Court has the power to take cases directly in matters between the Government of state or the Centre .

It has original jurisdiction in Fundamental rights and matters relating to Constitution.

Θ APPELLATE JURISDICTION

The Supreme Court may take appeals from any Lower Courts

It solves criminal , civil and constitutional cases .

Θ ADVISORY JURISDICTION

The Supreme Court may advise the President on any matter of public importance when the President asks for the advice.

Θ REVISORY JURISDICTION

The Supreme Court revises its own decisions and corrects wrong judgement.
