Explain the difference between potential energy and kinetic energy in hindi

kinetic energy: The energy possesses by an object due to its motion is called kinetic energy
for example:falling a coconut,object moving in a straight line,etc.
The kinetic energy is derived as equation KE=1/2mv square.
Potential energy: The energy possesses by an object by virtue of its height is called potential energy.
for example:stretching a rubber band ,etc.
The energy possesses by an object at certain height is called gravitational potential energy.
The potential energy is derived from equation PE=mgh
