Prokaryotic cell:
It doesn't have a well defined nucleus.
Nucleus is not membrane bound
Cell organelles may exist.
Nucleoplasm is dispersed in the cytoplasm.
Size - 1-10 micrometer
Ex) Bacteria
Eukaryotic cell :
It has well defined nucleus
Cell organelles definelty exist.
Nucleoplasm is dispersed in nucleoplasm inside the nucleus
Nucleus is membrane bound.
Size - 1- 100 micrometer

Prokaryotic cells are those cells which do not have a well defined structure of nucleus ....They do not have nuclear membrane..
Ex: Single celled organisms..
Eukaryotic cells are those which have a well defined structure of nucleus along with a nuclear membrane..Ex: We the Human Beings..
Thank You!
