The three events that occur during the process of photosynthesis are: (i) Absorption of light energy by chlorophyll. (ii) Conversion of light energy to chemical energy and splitting of water molecules into hydrogen and oxygen.3) Reduction of CO2 into carbohydrates.

Plants have a distinctive feature that makes them different from other organisms .this is photosynthesis .

Plants photosynthesis and that basically means they make their own food .

In making their own food they use a natural pigment known as chlorophil to attract light .this light is turned into energy that is used to break water molecules into hydrogen and oxygen .oxygen escapes into the air or ised in reapiration
