Answer: Following factors are responsible for the growth of nationalism in India-

1. Since britishers started exploiting Indians and therefore a new leader Mahatma Gandhi arise and started Satyagraha.

2. Gandhiji move to Ahmedabad, Champaran, Kheda and ask peoples not to work for britishers.

3. Britishers also exploit Muslims, therefore hindu and muslims combine to protest against britishers.

4. All of the Indian citizens came to know that britishers are ruling on us. Therefore  all religions, castes became Indians.

5. Finally new leaders arise which gave speeches on different topics to connect citizens with each other.
