The compound BH4 does not exist as Boron(2,3) has only three electrons in its outermost shell . The most common compound of Boron with Hydrogen is Borane(BH3), which is sp2 hybridised. In the hybridised form BH4 exists as BH4- named Boranuide, Borohydride with sp3 hybridisation.
