in last stanza poet misses his mother too much. but she had died. he found a photo graph of his mother with two girls.

As per the last stanza of of Photograph in Hornbill, it can be easily made out that there is silence everywhere.
It is the camera that has captured those fond memories.
It kept the memory of the mother when alive.
It is no more possible to relive those moments again.
