Procedure:- Stand straight with both feet together. Hold your hips with your hands. Bend backward without bending your knees with slow inhalation. Remain in the this pose for sometime. Do it 2 or 3 times.

Contraindications:-
Avoid performing this action if you have migraine, headaches, low blood pressure, diarrhoea and insomnia.
Avoid doing this Aasan if you have peptic ulcer and hernia.
Avoid this muscle in case of hip or spinal problems.
Pregnent women should avoid doing this Aasan.
