Constitution is a body of fundamental principles of established precedents which a state or other organisation is acknowledge to be governed.
In South Africa  the constitution enshrines the principle that government exist the rights of all citizen, and has no legitimate power to deprive any citizen or class or class of citizen of their rights without due process of law.
The country under the constitutions  has been more successful than most in allowing individual of ethnic  and religious groups to live together peacefully.
