Jacobins was a club formed by some of the citizens of the France including middle class families during the French revolution.
The name of the club "Jacobins" was kept from the name of former convent of St. Jacob in paris.
The leader of the Jacobins club was Maximilian Robespierre. This club was totally led by him.
It was one of the most famous club after the end of National Assembly in France.
This time was known as the "Reign of Terror" because of the starting of guillotine killings.
The new government formed by the Jacobins was known as
This was ruled by the Jacobins and Robespierre himself
Again a directory rule was started in France. Whoever Robespierre found guilty was guillotined whether he/she was guilty in front of court or not.
One time came when the members of Jacobins club left faith on their leader and left the club.
They said that they are not safe as some of them were also guillotined.
At last Robespierre was only guillotined. And the Reign of Terror got over.
So this was about the Jacobins and the new government formed by the Jacobins.
