NEWSGROUPS -Newsgroup is( typically) focus on a certain subject matter,and has many different peoples posting their comments and questions on that topic.
if you follow the news group that you are interested in specific subject matter .
BLOG-A blog is Focused on certain author's
voice ,and oftene cover many different topics of interest the author .
