Explain the physics used in parkour moves like backflip,front flip, screwdriver etc.

in parkour moves we run to create momentum and use that to jump over obstacles and we rotate our self in mid- air that makes the move "screw driver"

well, in backflips we jump higher by compressing an then jumping in air making all our whight to the back of our body to avoid direct contact to floor and reduce impact of jump we tuck our legs and open it at other second to make balance.

same principle of frontflip exist just the transfered whight toward the back is towards the front in frontflip.
