The process of breaking down of complex substances into simpler substance with the help of enzymes and absorbed into the body is called digestion.

Carbohydrates- The digestive juice secreted by salivary glands is saliva this saliva acts on carbohydrates and turns into maltose this whole process will be taken place only in mouth 90 percentage of carbohydrates will be broken down into simpler substance in mouth by saliva which is secreted by salivary glands the enzyme present in saliva is ptyalin.

Protein- Gastric glands will produce gastric juice in stomach this gastric juice acts on proteins and turns into peptones the enzyme present in gastric juice is pepsin.

Fat- Liver secretes bile juice into duodenum this bile juice acts on fats large molecules of fats will be broken down into small globules.

carbohydrates-carbohydrates are starch which are breakdown into sugar by amylase enzyme that present in our saliva.the digestion of carbohydrates is found in the small intestine and mouth.
protiens-proteins are digested by trypsin enzyme which release by pancreatic Juice.
fats-fats are large globule that present in our body.so first bile juice release bile salts that emulsifie the fats by the process emulsification.then these emulsified fats are digested by lipase enzyme that release by pancreatic Juice.
