Explain the separation of powers between various organs dispute redressal mechanisms and institutions.

The separation of powers among the three sections of the government that is; Legislative, Executive and Judiciary is done to protect individual’s right. This principle tries to bring innovative ideas in the working of the above three sections and hence power of demarcation is very hard to achieve. Each department is equipped with set of individuals who can work with limited set of activities which is free from jurisdiction.
