Answer:

Explanation: Event planning is the process of managing a a project such as a ceremony, meeting, tradeshow etc. The six W`s of event planning are as follows:

1. Who (the Guests are):

The foremost important part of event planning is to identify who the guests are, how many of them will be attending the event and if any additional arrangements need to be made for attendees( i.e. disabled ,elderly person) which may require additional arrangements

2.What (the Event is about):

One has to identify what the event would be and also consider its appeal to the attendees.

3. When (is the event):

The deadline of the event should be met and also take into account that it does not clash with other events. The duration and the time of event is also important. Duration of time include how long in terms of hours/days/weeks will it be stretched as well as particular day( Bank holiday, Weekend) and time (evening, afternoon or morning)

4. Where (is the event):

To ascertain the location and its availability  and also will it be local or international. The location should suit the attendees with proper amenities like parking and other transport services.

5. Why ( the event is happening):

The objective and the purpose of the event should be well defined.

6. How (much is the budget in terms of money)

The amount of money need to be spent based on one`s budget and if the event requires more of cash flow.

Hope this helps.
