it means that Shylock is referring to the precious diamond which coasted him 2000 ducats to buy which is stolen by Jessica while eloping with Lorenzo a Christan.

(he is very hurt) wearing those jewels and that the ducats that she has stolen should be kept in her coffin. he says that he is only unlucky
