area of rectangle=x²+12x+35
=x²+7x+5x+35
=x(x+7)+5(x+7)
=(x+7)(x+5)
thus length=(x+7) and breadth=(x+5)
perimeter=total cost/cost per metre
2(l+b)=3000/25
2(x+7+x+5)=120
2x+12=120/2
2x+12=60
2x=60-12
x=48/3=24
There fore value of Length (x+7)=24+7=31m and
breadth(x+5)=24+5=29m
