Devices based on Archimedes principle :

- Boat - When a boat is able to displace the water of it's own mass, then the boat becomes able to float on the water.

This is a direct application of the Archimedes principle.

- Lactometre - Lactometre is a simple device which is based on Archimedes principle.

The building structure of this device is managed such a way, that it only floats in the pure milk and sinks in the impure milk.

This whole process is based on the amount of displaced liquid by pure or impure liquid.
