■Population check:

The census tells us about the overpopulation problem in India which leads to money shortage.

□Lack of birth control:

Poor people do not have the financial strength to support their family and yet do not control the number of members added. This leads to faulty upbringing.

■Lack of government provision:

The government is yet to cover for all below poverty level people.
