TRADE DISCOUNT is a type of discount in which the value of goods is decreased with some percentage but there is no lose for the seller as it is a fake discount

example :- now goods is available on 80 instead of 100. but the actual value of goods is 80 itself. Here 100 is shown to just attract the customers for increase in sale

DISCOUNT is a deduction in the value with percentage. It is a type of sale promotion

example :- price of a goods is reduce by 20%

REBATE refer to reduce in the vaule of a goods. It is a type of also a type of sale promotion

example:- price of a goods is reduce from 100 to 80 rupees
