In the above lines Faustus begins to repent that he has made a contract with the devil Lucifer. Mephistophilis tries to console him by telling that heaven is not such a glorious place and that humans are more wonderful than anything glorious than heaven. Then the Good Angel and the Evil Angel appear and each tries to influence Faustu's decision. Faustus is haunted by the thought that he is ill fated. So he addresses Mephistophilis as wicked and asks him to argue about theoretical matters.

Hope it helps.
