(1)--This will slow down the rate of evaporation. If humidity is high,evaporation is low. High humidity means the air has already high moisture content. If the atmosphere is humid (already has water) , then evaporation will decrease.
(2)-- Generally, when temperature and humidity are constant, and wind speed increases, the rate of evaporation increases as well. When temperature and wind speed are constant, but humidity increases, the rate of evaporation will decrease.
