METALS HAS FREE IONS OR CAN FORM FREE ELECTRONS AND LOSES ELECTRONS READILY AND CAN CONDUCT ELECTRICITY DUE TO MOMENT OF ELECTRONS WHILE GLASS IS A NON METAL NOT HAVING ANY FREE ELECTRONS.
