Answer: Because it is nonrenewable
Explanation: We get wood from trees. Therby in the production of wood trees provide a vital role. However we can agree that tree cannot renew themselves. Yes they can give rise to offsprings but unlike air, water number of trees is finite meaning if we plan to cut all trees on earth , we could achieve that. If we compare trees to other renewable resources like air then we find that trees can not renew themselves, meaning multiply...Thereby considering wood as renewable resource is no wise.
