Hey there! Here's a simple way to comprehend the difference between HOMOPHONES and HOMOGRAPHS.
First of all, let's find out HOMOPHONES.
i) Homophones- Homophones are a set of words with the same pronunciation but the meanings, originalities and spellings are not the same.
 E.g.- See and Sea
Well, in this case, both the words have same pronunciation but the main differences include meanings, originalities and spellings.
⇒See is to look whereas sea is a water body.

Now let's approach to HOMOGRAPHS.
ii)Homographs- These are the set of words which contain same spellings but the main fact is the pronunciation may not be the same and meanings are totally different.
E.g. Bar(1) and Bar(2)
Bar(1) means a chocolate bar whereas Bar(2) is a counter table in a pub.
