the rate of photosynthesis  depends on natural resources . and its all about climate and weather ,as temperature is depended on it . Eg; if sun shines brightly  the temp rises and if sun doesnot temp goes down as cells of plants r synthesised in a manner of performimg photosynthesis  normally at adequate OR at tropical temperature . and it doesnot depend on green light.
