Bacterial cell:-

They have a complex cell envelope which is made of three tightly bounded layered structure:- glycocalyx(outermost), cell wall and the plasma membrane.

The nuclear region in the bacterial cell is poorly defined due to the absence of the nuclear envelope. The genetic material in nucleoid is not surrounded by a nuclear membrane.

Blood cells:-

The blood cells white blood cells(leucocytes) and red blood cells(erythrocytes).

The RBCs of mammals are biconcave in shape and lack nucleus. They appear red in colour due to the presence of haemoglobin.

The nuclei are present in WBCs along with other organelles. They appear colourless because they lack haemoglobin.
