Express 0.254 with bar on 54 as a fraction in simplest form
Its answer is 14/55

now let us take x=0.254-(1) and bar on 54 has then 2 numbers are repeating so we should multiply 100 to x

=0.254..... into 100 =025.4545......
100x=25.4545......-(2)

(2)-(1)
=100x–x=25.4545......–0.25454
99x=25.2000......
x=25.2.../99
