Answer:

a) - 50/60

b) - minus 20/180 ( -20/-180)

Step-by-step explanation:

a) 50

to change from 5 to 50 multiply 5 with 10

if numerator multiplied then so should denominator

therefore - 5/6 ( both 5 and 6 multiplied my 10 ) = 5 x 10/ 6 x 10

b) -100

same goes for this number you first multiply 5 with minus 20 to make it minus hundred and then you multiply 6 with minus 20 which is minus 180.

Hence proved. Hope this helps you. I have done this assuming the number is 5/6 its kind of confusing the way you put it.
