 \frac{4}{9}  {}^{x}  \times  \frac{3}{2}  { }^{ - 1}  =  \frac{8}{27}
According to Law of Incides
a/b^-p=B/a^p
So 3/2-¹=2/3¹

Now as you know 4 and 9 is square of 2 and 3
And 8 and 27 is cube of 2 and 3

It can written as in attachment
Then you get all base same

Now remove base
It's time to work with exponents
Like it Linear equation in one variable
Then you gets x=1
