Multiplying by 100 on Both side's...
→100x=317.77...→(2)

Substracting (1) from (2)...
→100x-x =317.777... - 3.17777...
→99x=314.6
→x=314.6/99
→x=3146/990
→x=1573/330
→x=143/30
