Hello,
There are many methods.
Some of them are::
1st method :

F has electronegativity = 3.98.
Cl has electronegativity = 3.16
Br has electronegativity = 2.96

So the increasing order of electronegativities of F, Cl, Br is Br<Cl<F.

(OR)
2nd method:

EN of an element= (IE + EA)/2
Where EN is Electronegativity of that element
Where IE is Ionisation Enthalpy of that element
Where EA is Electron Affinity of that element
Finding the values and calculating.

3rd method:
Is in the pic.
